Real numbers, no enquiry required. From ฿15,900 — custom designed, never a template. The ฿3,500 yearly system fee is billed separately and stated up front.
Short answer — a website in Thailand in 2026 costs roughly ฿5,000 to ฿300,000. The spread comes down to page count and whether the design is custom or template-based.
Website builders start in the low thousands per year, freelancers sit around ฿8,000–฿30,000, studios doing fully custom work run ฿20,000–฿80,000, and large agencies start at ฿100,000.
We charge ฿15,900 / ฿28,900 / ฿42,900 by page count, with a fourth option quoted per project when extra functionality is needed.
Separate from the build is a ฿3,500 yearly system fee covering domain, hosting and the Elementor Pro licence. You pay it through us and we handle renewals.
Every package includes a free market and competitor analysis before work begins, the same analytics setup, and unlimited design revisions before anything goes live. What changes is page count and how long we cover you after handover.
New businesses, or a focused landing page to send paid traffic to
Companies and shops that need a credible full site and want leads from Google
Businesses treating Google as a primary channel, or selling to overseas buyers
If your site needs more than an information website, we do not force it into a fixed package. We price the functionality you actually use, starting from the closest package and adding only what is required. Every line item is quoted before work starts.
Cart, payment gateway, shipping rates, stock management, and product pages your team can add to
Customers pick a date and time on the site, synced to your calendar, with automatic confirmation emails. Common for clinics and service businesses
Gated content, document downloads, wholesale pricing, or an online course area that requires sign-in
Extra promotional banners and supporting artwork at ฿600 each, or ordered as a set
Need more pages than the package covers? ฿2,000 per page, design and SEO structure included
Add Japanese or Chinese, or connect the site to systems you already run such as a CRM or stock platform
These are examples of work we take on — the real price depends on the scope of each job · Tell us what you need and we will price it in the free plan before you commit
This is not part of the package price because it pays for third-party services that renew every year. We do not mark it up, but we do manage all of it for you. You pay in one place and never have to register accounts or track renewal dates yourself.
Your web address, registered in your business name rather than ours, so you can transfer it out whenever you want
Server space keeping the site online around the clock, plus the security certificate that shows the padlock in the address bar
The page builder that lets you edit text and images yourself. It needs an active licence to keep receiving updates and security patches
Year one is invoiced alongside the build; after that we notify you before each renewal · If you later want to manage it yourself we hand over every account at no charge
Cheaper is not automatically better value, and expensive is not automatically better work. This table shows who each option genuinely suits.

Several of these are sold as paid extras elsewhere. They are part of the quoted price here.
Once the warranty ends you are free to run the site yourself — we train you properly and charge nothing further. If you would rather we continued, there are two options depending on your goal.
Keeps the site secure, fast and online. Suited to businesses whose content is now settled
Aimed at steadily increasing how many people find you. For businesses serious about Google as a channel
No long-term lock-in — 30 days notice to stop, at any point
Once scope is agreed we gather your material, analyse competitors, structure the site and produce the design for review
You see the real design and revise it until you are happy. Only then does the second instalment fall due and we build the live site
In 2026, roughly ฿5,000 to ฿300,000, depending on page count and whether the design is custom or template-based.
Website builders start in the low thousands per year, freelancers around ฿8,000–฿30,000, custom studios ฿20,000–฿80,000, and large agencies from ฿100,000.
We charge ฿15,900 / ฿28,900 / ฿42,900 by page count, plus the ฿3,500 yearly system fee.
No. Domain, hosting with SSL and the Elementor Pro licence are billed separately as a ฿3,500 yearly system fee, charged every year including the first.
You pay it through us and we handle registration and renewal end to end. The domain is registered in your business name, not ours, so you can move it out at any time.
About 2 weeks for one page, 3–4 weeks for a 5-page business site, and 5–6 weeks for 10 pages.
The clock starts when your content and images are complete, not when you pay. If material arrives late the timeline shifts, and we tell you in advance rather than going quiet.
Two instalments. Fifty percent to start, fifty percent when you approve the design, before we build the live site.
You see the real design before paying the second instalment — if you are not happy with it, you do not pay.
Unlimited during the design phase, until you approve it, because nothing is built yet and changes are cheap at that stage.
After approval you can still revise text, images and placement up to about 30 percent of the scope. A complete redesign after approval is quoted separately.
Yes. Every site runs on WordPress with Elementor, so you can change text, swap images and publish articles without writing code.
On handover we run a training session and give you a written manual you can refer back to. During the warranty period you can ask us anything about using it.
Nobody can guarantee Google rankings, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
What we can do is build the SEO structure correctly from day one, submit the site to Google, and target terms people genuinely search that you can realistically compete for.
Expect first movement in 1–3 months on less competitive terms. Competitive terms can take 6–12 months and need content published consistently, not a site left untouched after launch.
Builders charge annually and the site disappears the moment you stop paying. They limit how much of the SEO structure you can change, and your site looks like everyone else on the same theme.
Here you pay once for the build. The files and domain are yours, you can move hosts freely, the design is original, and every part of the SEO can be tuned.
If the budget genuinely is not there yet, a builder is a reasonable start — just go in knowing the limits.
Yes. If you have no brand we set the direction — colour, typography and overall visual style — based on your customers and competitors rather than personal taste.
A logo designed from scratch is a separate piece of work. Tell us and we will quote it before starting.
